Game Review:

In the recent months, several different waves of racing games have been released, some very different and unique from others, some simulation racers while others are pure arcade fun racing, some have even tried to combine the elements of both arcade and simulation into one racer. What have the results brought out? Varied mixed results, with the long line of games that continue on, such as the Need for Speed and Test Drive series come to mind, the game tend to improve on the last one and provide a leap forward in terms of advanced gameplay, physics, or graphics. Then along the way, the pure arcade fun of just crashing and destroying other cars in pure raw carnage is missing. Some savvy gamers always wished of just grabbing a car and entering a destruction derby or stock car racing and just destroy stuff. Along comes Demolition Racer, developed by Pitbull Syndicate and published by Infogrames, a radically different racing game from the rest of the competition with pure raw carnage, and best of all, pure fun.
